"The Violent Take The Kingdom By Force!"

Yahshua said, "And from the days of John the Baptist  until now, the kingdom of heaven has suffered violence, and the violent take it by force." (Matthew 11:12)

I asked myself, "What does this scripture mean?"

"THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN HAS SUFFERED VIOLENCE"
Looking at the events of John the Baptist's life, one thing for sure he was a revolutionary! He did not conform to what was "acceptable" in his preaching! Scripture tells us some things about his life before he was born. An angel of the Lord prophesied to Zacharias the life of his son John.

Luke 1:15-17--"For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb. 16-And many of the children of Israel shall he turn to the Lord their God. 17-And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias (Elijah), to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord."

Then after the child was born on the eighth day at his circumcision celebration, Zacharias, filled with the Holy Spirit, prophesied over John, his son and said:

Luke 1:76--And you, child, shalt be called the prophet of the Highest: for you shall go before the face of the Lord to prepare his ways; 77- You shall give knowledge of salvation unto his people by the remission of their sins...

John the Baptist was born to prepare the way for Yahshua, the Son of God. John's role as 'forerunner' was extremely important to the fulfillment of prophecy.

He lived his life in the wilderness eating locust and wild honey for food. He wore camel's hair for his clothing. He was "strange" and bold and fearless! He preached a message that no one had ever heard before.

Luke 3:3 And he (John the son of Zacharias) came into all the country about Jordan, preaching the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins;

What? In those days it was unheard of to repent and have your sins forgiven at baptism! The Rabbi's and the Priests followed the Law of Moses as the only acceptable way for sins to be forgiven, once a year on the Day of Atonement! That was what Israel was accustomed to.  But, this was a new and radical message that John the Baptist was preaching and baptizing the multitudes. Even the Publicans and Soldiers came to be baptized!

Luke 3:12-15 Then came also Publicans to be baptized, and said unto him, Master, what shall we do? 13- And he said unto them, Exact no more than that which is appointed you. 14--And the soldiers likewise demanded of him saying, and what shall we do? And he said unto them, Do violence to no man, neither accuse any falsely and be content with your wages. 15-And as the people were in expectation, and all men mused in their hearts of John, whether he was the Christ, or not;

John the Baptist's ministry ushered in the beginning of a new era. He fearlessly forced it into being by preaching and baptizing to the point where the Rabbi's came looking for him. They asked him "Who are you?"

John 1:19-23 And this is the record of John when the Jews sent Priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who art Thou? 20--And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Messiah. 21--And they asked him, Who art thou? that we may give an answer to them that sent us. What sayest thou of yourself? 23--He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the Prophet Esaias (Isaiah). (continue to verse 34)

Everyone being baptized by John and listening to his teachings were going against the norm. There was movement, action, boldness and no concern for what other's thought. These people wanted what John had to offer and was actively participating in the Kingdom Era, preparing for Jesus's ministry!

So what about the violent part? ..."since the day of John the Baptist, the Kingdom suffered violence"...

John the Baptist, the greatest Prophet...Yahshua spoke to the people concerning John the Baptist...

Luke 7:26-28--"But what did you go out for to see? A prophet? Yes, I say unto you, and much more than a prophet. 27--This is he, of whom it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before your face, which shall prepare your way before you. 28--For I say unto you, Among those that are born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist:..."

What happened to him? He, who represented the Kingdom of Heaven, suffered violence, was murdered, beheaded!

Yahshua sent out his twelve disciples two by two and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases. He sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick (Luke 9:1).

So they went and did what Yahshua told them to do. Herod, the Tetrarch heard of what was going on, with miracles, signs, and wonders and he thought that John the Baptiste had risen from the dead to haunt him!

Mark 6:16-19
But when Herod heard thereof, he said, "It is John, whom I beheaded: he has risen from the dead. 17-For Herod himself had sent forth and laid hold upon John, and bound him in prison for Herodias' sake, his brother Philip's wife: for he had married her. 18-John had said unto Herod, "It is not lawful for you to have your brother's wife!" 19-Therefore Herodias had a quarrel against him (John the Baptiste), and would have killed him, but she could not.

Even though Herod did not like what John said about his improper marriage, he still respected John, he feared him and knew that he was a just and holy man. He enjoyed his preaching and observed what he was doing, but Herodias was angry and hated John for what he said in exposing them. So she held onto that hatred and at the opportune moment had her dancing daughter, who beguiled Herod, to ask for the head of John the Baptiste to be handed to her on a platter! Herod regretted giving the beautiful dancer the choice of whatever she wanted as compensation for pleasing him! You can read the details in Mark 6:21-29.

Preaching the radical truth about the kingdom brought terrible violence upon John! There are other examples of violence because of the Kingdom, being preached by men of God, suffering violence at the hands of those who hated the message!

Peter and John, preaching the gospel of Yahshua Messiah (Jesus Christ) were arrested thrown in jail overnight, Acts 4:3.

Peter and Apostles were beaten for preaching the testimony of Yahshua Acts 5:40.

Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and miracles among the people, was stoned to death, Acts 6:8-7:1-60.

Peter was arrested, but an angel of the Lord set him free, Acts 12:1-2.
James brother of John was killed by the sword, Acts 12:2-11.
Paul was stoned and left for dead, but lived! Acts 14:19-20.
Paul and Silas beat after casting a demon out of a sorcerer! Acts 16: 24.
Paul was bound in chains and sent to Rome to appear before the Sanhedrin.
Acts 22:22-30; Acts 22:1-5.

Are you one of the violent ones? Are you willing to do whatever it takes to walk in the destiny and fulfill the commission that your heavenly Father has given you?

For those that know their mission on the earth, to manifest the love, joy, the goodness of God and walk in His power, in whatever particular way that's unique to your gifts, are you willing to look strange, sound different and become dangerous to the demonic world? You are expected to walk in the power of heaven. That means taking authority over the works of darkness in your own life and in the life of others, over the darkness in our cities, not tolerating injustices, poverty, uncleanness, violence against people and whatever else works against what God want you to bring to your city.

What do I mean by violent? In the Greek: biastes (bee-as-tace) meaning, forcer, that is (figuratively) energetic. There is no negative connotation in the use of the word violent in the scripture.

Looking at the thesaurus, other positive words for violent, are: passionate, potent, powerful, aroused, agitated, enraged, fiery, forceful, great, impassioned, mighty, strong, urgent and vehement.

Now that's what I'm talking about! Those words do not describe a person who sits back passively allowing things to happen around him or her whether it be in City Government or Government on a national level or in your personal life that would enable Satanic powers to take away freedom, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

"Is He Perfect? No. Says Your God!"

BE WARE OF THE SPIRIT OF DECEPTION!!

"Take heed to yourselves that your heart not be deceived"...(Deuteronomy 11:16a emphasis mine)

The burden of this election came upon me very strongly this morning and I asked the Lord what was on His heart. The following message is for the Body of Christ...

"...More will come out about Hilary and Trump. My hand is on Trump and he is learning to turn to Me. You will notice that he will not panic. I am giving him the trump card and he will deal that card according to My will. I have heard your prayers and declarations and this third debate will be unprecedented. I am filling His mouth and his heart with my words. He will trumpet to the world my plans. He will expose major evil events that will shake the nation & stun the world. No one will be able to deny what he will release and even the "nay say-ers" will be shaken. Woe to those who will not listen. Those who are filled with the deception that has been promoted will be unable to believe My power. But I will show up in this final election [hour]."

"Watch the events that take place as it gets closer to the debate.  Many people's hearts will fail them because they have put their credence and confidence in their own thoughts and feelings about this election. Many of My people have not been seeking My face diligently enough to rise above the flesh."

"You must walk in the Spirit during these days. The flesh will always turn out wrong because of the Spirit of deception being released on the earth. I want My people not to be deceived. It is each person's responsibility to seek My heart on matters of such great importance. My thoughts are not your thoughts and my ways are not your ways, saith your God"

"If you lean to your own understanding in these crucial matters then you will reap the fruit of your own thoughts and actions. Every election is critical to my plan. I have been waiting for this time to place a person in the White House that would be willing to fulfill My will. I have specifically trained this candidate, DONALD TRUMP, to take on the Goliath's of this nation and cause them to tremble. Is he perfect? NO. Were all of My servants perfect? NO. But the task at hand is a daunting one and only those specifically trained by Me can change the tide of this nation."

"Have I not warned My people against deception? Your Arch enemy, Satan the devil, is raging like a lion more so than ever. He hates what's taking place in the heavenly realm right now.
All attacks on the candidates are planned strategically, because no one can see what will take place! It looks hopeless, bleak for America right now. What you see displayed is how far America has fallen. Some of my people are not too far removed from the corruption themselves. They have allowed themselves to walk in the flesh, therefore, a spirit of deception has become a stronghold in some."

"Pray, pray for one another that My voice, My heart, My Word can be realized by My people..My sheep hear My voice. Listen Oh My people, to what I am proclaiming on the earth. There is a way out, there is hope for a renewed nation. Your freedom to worship Me--to speak of Me--to live a life of joy and prosperity is My will for this nation."

"There is darkness everywhere, but within that darkness is the sound of a trumpet that is leading the way upward. The sound of a warrior, the sound of truth! Hear the sound of triumph, My people and pray as never before, in the Spirit."

"Hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches, saith your God!" End of Message.

Here are some scriptures to meditate on...

Isaiah 55:8-9--For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. 9--For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.

II Chronicles 7:14--If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

I Peter 5:8--Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about seeking whom he may devour.

Romans 8:1--There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Mark 11:22--And Jesus answering said unto them, have faith in God!

Total Dependency.........?

Total Dependency?

There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.  (Proverbs 14:12).

What does dependency mean?
According to (Merriam-Webster Dictionary): The quality of being dependent; something that is dependent upon something else.

I can remember when I was totally dependent upon my husband. It was the wrong kind of dependency. In my mind, I believed that my husband was suppose to be the source of all my physical and spiritual needs. When that didn't happen, I was hurt and disappointed.

It was not my husbands fault that I didn't understand who I should be totally dependent upon. I had a few lessons to learn.  I asked God to show me what I was doing wrong. "Why is this happening." I asked. "Please show me".  Well guess what? my loving, Heavenly Father began to reveal to me what was wrong and what I needed to do.

I went through my journey.   I was not a part of a church.  I lived several miles from my immediate family, a new wife and mother. I learned that God was the only source of hope, and that I needed to totally depend upon Him. It helped change my relationship with my husband. Now I can say, I truly am happier physically and spiritually.

I still have a lot more to learn. We never know all there is to know.  Our life in Jesus Christ is a learning process. We have to allow Him to teach us.

Total Dependency?
Are you totally dependent upon your church, religious leader, family or friends?

God has taught us in our ministry how to turn from the ways of relying upon ourselves and yield more to Him. He knows the mind of man can be very logical at times, but that is not in line with how God's Spirit moves.

We need to stop making the mistake of conferring with one another, and using the advice that others, so called "experienced" people are giving, it will not work. For now more than ever, God's WISDOM has to shine forth "BRIGHTLY", and His WORD is needed to give us the power to overcome the deceit and the slick ways in which the enemy is turning God's people.

Remember, God is the deliverer, and sometimes there is no practical solution except, to stand in faith and declare His promises, and know that he moves events in our behalf.

We have to cleanse our lives , and put our priorities back in order, and Repent of living for ourselves and Trusting man--PARTICULARLY some of us who are regular church goer's. Don't put such reliance upon the group to the point where you don't take the time to come to God and lay your burdens at His throne."

We must have Total dependency on God!

In (Proverbs 2:3-10) International Standard Version (ISV) it says:
V-3 If indeed, you call out for insight and raise your voice for understanding,
V-4 If you seek it like hidden treasure,
V-5 then you will understand the fear of the LORD and learn to know God.
V-6 For the LORD gives wisdom, and from His mouth come knowledge and understanding.
V-7 He stores up sound wisdom for the upright and is a shield to those who walk in integrity,
V-8 guarding the paths of the just and protecting the way of His faithful ones.
V-9 Then you will understand what is right, just, and upright-every good path.
V-10 For wisdom will enter your heart, and knowledge will be pleasant to your soul.

If we become so accustomed to depending on everything but the Lord, our life will be unstable.  The Lord say's "a double minded man is unstable in all his ways." We have to shed the weight of our self made trials and make room for the blessings God has for us.

So let us do what (Proverbs 3:6-8) says:
V-6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your path's straight.
V-7 Do not be wise in your own opinion. Fear the LORD and turn away  from evil.
V-8 This will bring healing to your body, and refreshment to your bones.

I want to be totally dependent on the LORD. I have peace, Joy and refreshment in Him. Why not try it! Let it become your prescription for life!  Total Dependency on the LORD!

God Bless you!

Are You The Clingy Type?

A person who clings to another is often said to be insecure, desperate, needy, constantly showing affection and wanting the same, needing your attention. One can be obsessed with another person and downright controlling of them, pure selfishness!

Any action that causes a person to feel stifled, caged or otherwise controlled, threatened is not appropriate in a relationship and especially not a marriage.  However, it's a good thing to be unyielding in your desire to love, cherish, connect with and show affection towards your mate.

Are You the Clingy Type?
When I asked this question to someone, their response was a resounding "No, I'm not"! I too have never wanted to be clingy towards anyone and definitely did not want anyone to be clingy towards me!

I remember when I was around 15, attending my first sleep-away camp for two weeks. I had a great time and formed some good friendships with friends my age. I met a guy a year older than me who had an immediate crush on me. He was kinda cute, chubby and a little like the 'teddy bear' type. Nothing ever made him mad! He graced me with his presence every day. When we had co-ed activities together, daily, he would always search me out, no matter how I tried to diss him, he still came back! I'd try to hide because he was irritatingly sweet to me and always wanted to be close, try to hold my hand or give me a love note! I was so not interested in him but couldn't get rid of him. He was not exciting enough for me, too quiet, too eager to please and it annoyed me to no end!!! I'd make up all kinds of excuses not to be around him, (all of which were probably not true). I was relieved at the end of camp, that he did not live anywhere near me and could not easily visit. He asked for my address (no cell phones back then, thank God!), so that he could write to me. I was too nice to tell him no. So, he wrote to me within three days of being home from camp! I did not answer any of his letters, and eventually, he stopped writing.

Clingyness is associated with neediness, insecurity, instability and in some cases control. Most of us don't think of clinginess as anything we'd want to display even if we felt like clinging!

So let's explore this thing of clinging. What does it mean to cling anyway? I think we all understand the meaning quite clearly so I don't want to be redundant here. It means all the above, (except for 'control', which is negative), to stick or adhere to; tenacity or tenaciousness. How can clinging be tenacious? Well, no matter what anyone says against it a person who clings cannot be put off or stopped or convinced otherwise. They stick to you like glue, give and receive affection constantly without getting tired! They thrive on your affection and attention.

Let's look at a biblical example of the type of clinging that is a righteous, a trait that God expected from His people Israel: (the Bible uses the word cleave which means cling, or adhere to. So from here, we will use the Hebrew word 'dabaq' which means to cleave.

GOD called Israel, in Jeremiah's time, his loincloth. He told the prophet to get a linen girdle and put it on his loins and wear it without getting it wet. He was to wear it for a while without taking it off! (Jer. 13:1-2)

This does not sound like something we would want to do, but, being an obedient Prophet Jeremiah did exactly as God told him to do. The symbol of a loincloth is used as an example of the way that God's people were intended to cling to Him, wearing Him like a garment. Israel was Yahweh's "loincloth" so to speak, clinging to him at all times! He wanted them to always be with Him so he could cover and protect them, love them, guide them and always provide for them, pouring out his strength to them in battle, etc. Wherever they went He went with them. He'd make sure their pathway was clear and whatever He told them to do they did it because they knew he was looking out for their best interest. What happened?

God told Jeremiah the prophet to take the linen girdle to a certain city, near the Euphrates and hide it there in a hole of the rock. (Jer. 13:3-4). So, he did what the Lord told him to do and hid the girdle in the crevice of a rock. He went his way and some days later God told him to go and dig up the loincloth. After digging it up Jeremiah found that it was decayed and totally useless! (Jer. 13:6-7) Then God said to Jeremiah, after this same manner I will mar the pride of Judah and the great pride of Jerusalem. God said, This evil people which refuse to hear My words, which walk in the imagination; of their heart, and walk after other gods, to serve them, and to worship them, shall even be as this girdle, which is good for nothing! (Jer.13:9-10)

Here was God's intention in causing them to cleave/cling...For as the girdle cleaves unto the loins of a man, so have I caused to cleave unto Me the whole house of Isreal and the whole house of Judah, says the Lord; that they might be unto me for a people, for a name, and for a praise, and for a glory: but they would not hear! Just think of the benefits they could've had!

God made the point to Jeremiah that with all the benefits that God provided for the house of Judah and Jerusalem, they turned away from God and became totally useless! Their hearts were turned away from God, they were going their own way and being led into a condition of captivity. They were no longer clinging to Yahweh, they turned to idols, left their first love and became useless as vessels for His glory. This caused Yahweh to back off and turn them over to what they wanted, and their troubles overwhelmed them until some were destroyed and some were taken into captivity and some were scattered!  No longer did they have the security of His protection.

"Cling to me my children and do not let anything, or any person, or any circumstance, or situation, or any physical thing to get in between us.  For the love that I have for you is the love that my Father has for me and for you (his People).  It is wonderful to share this love with you, to know that you love me and that your heart is fixed on what I've given you, gives me joy for me and my Father are One and everything that we represent I am sharing with you, the love, the joy, the peace and all of this is yours, my children." says the Lord. "This is the benefit of clinging to Me, says the Lord, you will never fail for I will show you what to embrace, what to let go, I will warn you of things that are coming." (Holy Spirit Message excerpt 2014)

Yahweh wants you to prosper, make you great and fill you with joy. We must grab ahold of that and not let it go. Cling to Him and wear Him like a garment. We have to know when to move forward when to rest, when to go through the valley, when to go over the mountain, when to turn and go the other way! Who wouldn't want this kind of help to bring security into their lives!

So, Are You The Clingy Type?

Let's look at some other verses of the bible to see if this is something we should consider:

Deut. 10:20 You shall fear the Lord your God; he shall you serve, and to him shall you cleave,...

Deut 11:22  For ye shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you, to do, to love the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, and to cleave unto him;

Deut 13:4  Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep His commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.

Jos 22:5  But take diligent heed to do the commandment and the law, which Moses the servant of the LORD charged you, to love  the LORD your God, and to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and to cleave unto him, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul.

Act 11:23  Who, when he came and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord

Rom 12:9  Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.

These scriptures are talking about cleaving, clinging to the Lord! So that tells me that the same way my irritating friend was clinging to me, that's how I should be clinging to the Lord in everything!! Only God is not irritated with us when we cling to Him, in fact, He loves it and commands us to cling unto Him! So that we have all of what he wants to give us!

When we cling to our heavenly Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit, the benefits of your life will be that all will begin to see you in a new light! You will have a change of heart, a new outlook on life, security, protection, a sense of well being, direction when things seem blurred, knowing when to climb the mountains, go around the mountain, or go through the mountains of your life; you will be prepared for what's coming ahead of you, you will never fail or be shaken by evil!! What a wonderful and loving Father we have that cares for us.

Psa 103:2-6
Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
Who redeemeth thy life from destruction;
Who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle.
The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed!

The Greatest Lover Who Ever Lived...

What can be said about today?
A day for lovers. Are you a lover?
Who was the greatest lover?
I will give you a hint by taking excerpts from a beautiful poem between a lover and his betrothed...

Lover: My love,...your cheeks are lovely with ornaments,
Your neck with its strings of beads;
We will make you ornaments of gold, studded with silver.
Betrothed:... to me the man I love is a sachet of myrrh,
Lodged between my breasts;
To me the man I love is a spray of henna flowers,
In the vineyards of 'En-Gedi'.
Lover: look at you, my love, how beautiful you are!
Your eyes are doves---
Betrothed: Look at you! So handsome,
So pleasing, my darling! Our bed is the greenery;
Cedars are the beams of our houses, cypresses the rafters.
Lover: Like a lily among thorns is my darling among the other women.
Beloved: Like an apple tree among the other trees in the forest,
Is my darling among other men.
I love to sit in his shadow; his fruit is sweet to my taste,
He brings me to the banquet hall; his banner over me is love.
The voice of the man I loved! Here he comes,
Bounding over the mountains, skipping over the hills!
My darling is like a gazelle or young stag.
There he is standing outside our wall,
Looking through the windows peering through the lattice.
My love says to me...

Lover: Get up, my love! My beauty! Come away!
...My dove, hiding in holes in the rock,
In the secret recesses of the cliff,

Let me see your face and hear your voice;
For your voice is sweet, and your face is lovely.
Beloved: My darling is mine, and I am his,
As he pastures his flock among the lilies.
Before the daytime breeze rises and the shadows flee,
Return, my love, like a stag or gazelle on the hills of Beter.

This is the most beautiful poem of love I've ever read. Does it sound familiar to you? It gets even deeper and intimate as it goes along. Yes, you guessed it. Shir-HaShirim (Song of Songs)! If you don't know how to be a lover just try reading this book of the Bible! You are sure to pick up some pointers. Solomon was a great lover, no doubt about it, he had many wives and He loved God. He fulfilled the commission he was given to build the House of the Lord and he was diligent and used the most exquisite of materials. But who is the greatest lover?

Let's take a closer look at this relationship:
He says, Chapter 2:14--Oh my dove...She, in His loving tenderness, is blameless and harmless in His eyes...

Phil 2:15--That you may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom you shine as lights in the world.

This is how Yahshua (Jesus) sees his beloved bride! The very character of a dove. The bride has the privilege of access and safety in the "secret of the stairs" (S.S. 2:14) meaning access to His presence.

Ephesians 2:18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.

This poem is a significant key. It is not just talking about the love of a man and a woman, but a much deeper, and higher kind of love, an eternal love. This poem is perfectly describing the love that Jesus has for His Bride the church and body of believers. He is constantly wooing us through the Holy Spirit, pursuing his beloved, caring for, providing for, protecting, covering and loving us. We are the most blessed people on the face of the earth because we have the greatest lover of all times running after us to keep us close to Him! How beautiful is that? He never lets us down, He is always available, never condemning and always wanting the very best for his beloved (the body of believers), considers us beautiful.

Today is a special day for lovers. In the human sense, I guess, people need reminders, so, a specific day was set aside for it. But God feels this way towards you everyday! He wants to be close to you. He waits for you to respond to His love. As you read the entire poem (Song of Songs). Pay close attention to the beloved's responses to her lover. She adores him, she is responsive to his love. He runs after her and she runs after him, looking for his love. As a believer you are His bride, His beloved. Practice responding more intimately to your Lover, the Holy One, who gave up His life for you and is so tender towards you. How are you responding? Are you dull, and monotone in our prayers to him? Prayer, praise and worship is your communication back to Him. Do you do this with your whole heart or is it an old habit like fast food?

As we learn to respond to the love God has for us by speaking words of adoration and love towards Him our love will grow stronger and we will be better able to respond instantly to His unfailing love! There is so much in this poem that can be explored, so many lessons about love here. But this is not a day of deep pontification about love. It is a day to demonstrate the love of God towards others and to realize that it should be a daily occurrence.

Have a wonderful day!

In 2016 "Rejoice In your Portion", says the Lord!

Hear The Word of The Lord!

"This is the time for all those in the body of Messiah (Christ) who are scattered, unchurched, who feel like they are on the outskirts, lonely, and not connected to any group...this is the time to draw closer to Me, says the Lord. Spend more time in prayer and fasting. Take your walk as beleivers more seriously and know that you are, in fact, a part of something BIG, of something REAL! Just because there is no [physical] overseer, so to speak, no one person to go to--does not mean your life is not measured by the standards of heaven. I Am the great shepperd, I Am your overseer. My Words of life and My commands are just as appropriate for you as it is to those who must answer to a Pastor or spiritual leader. I Am the way the truth and the life", says the Lord!

"Those who hunger and thirst after righteousness shall be filled. As you draw closser to Me you will find the strength and power necessary to walk in the authority I have given you. As you study my Word more deeply, I will open the portals of heaven over you and bring you to a place in Me where you are walking in the authority of heaven and My Spirit will pour forth from you as never before. I will put My Words in your mouth. Instead of you looking for a church [group] you will start one. You will have a heart for those around you and reach out to bring them to Me", says the Lord.

"The time has come for the faithful who are "alone" to come out of hiding; for the ones I've been processing for years to take the lead. Rejoice in your portion", says the Lord!

"Oh ye, who are feeling alone, you are not left out. I Am calling you to minister to those who are empty, who are without hope. Your words of life from Me, coming forth from your mouth, will wash, heal, and bring spiritual refreshment to those who listen", says the Lord.

"All is not quiet, it is not business as usual. I Am calling to those who have taken on the mantle of prayer, those who have been faithful in the study of My Word, whose lives are reflecting the love of the Father, yet find themselves in a quiet place with no physical connection to a church. You are My church also. I have a purpose in everything and for all of My bride. Take what you have been given and share it with those who are dry and thirsty in your city [or neighborhood]. Let the refreshment of My Spirit pour out from you", says the Lord.

"It is NOT the time to sit still or to stop the flow of My heart towards others. Many are without a congregation and those that can't find a place to call home. The modern devices allow for everyone to connect and be fed spiritual food--use the tools I have made available to you. Hear My Word spoken and preached through radio, tv, internet, live streaming along with your personal [and diligent] study of My Word. Don't let spiritual laziness grab you! You too are called to share My Word and My Love with someone else", says the Lord.

"Every part of the body of Messiah [Christ] is vitally important. Use what I have given you. Overcome the flesh daily and walk in the Spirit. Live a life of giving and sharing; study My Word and apply it to your life. Your active prayer life will change the lives of others and your own. Nothing is too hard for me", says the Lord.

"If you are living in the mountains, I Am there; if you are living in the dessert or the valley, I Am there; if you are living in the bush, I Am with you. Wherever you are, My Spirit is moving you. Let your light shine in the darkness, for greater darkness is coming---but My light will shine brighter than ever before through My precious ones", says the Lord.

"Rejoice in your portion in the year of new beginnings! All of heaven awaits the emerging of new prophets, preachers, teachers, evangelists and those touched by Me in a new way! Each one touching the lives of a few which ripples into something big", says the Lord.

"Don't hold back, My precious ones. Don't hide your light under a bushel, for the bushel shall ignite with fire and all will see the flame----My fire in you!"
"Rejoice In Your Portion", says the Lord!

Where Is Your Tree Planted?

The Lord said to me one day, "I have placed you in my garden,". "Here, He said, is where you will find everything you need" It was a day when it felt like things were closing in on me and I just couldn't seem to accomplish all that I wanted to accomplish for the Lord. But when He said that, I got up off the floor, wiped my tears and began to dance in the garden of the Lord. I imagined a beautiful garden full of trees and flowers and rolling hills of luscious grass, birds singing and flowers swaying to my dance, skipping through the tulips, daisies and roses. My worship music was playing and I just allowed myself to get lost in the bliss of that garden. How wonderful that is to be strengthened and refreshed in the garden of God!

Another time when we were all worshiping together during this Pasach (Passover) season, The Lord
said to us..."I have planted you as trees and you will produce tremendous fruit". What an encouraging word that was to us.

This morning I was thinking about all of what the Lord said, and it reminded me of two scriptures. One scripture talks about the tree planted by the river producing fruit in it's season. Let's take a look at it Psalm 1:1-3:

"Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked, or stand in the way that sinners take, or sit in the company of mockers, 2-But whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. 3-That person is like a tree planted by the streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither---whatever they do prospers". (NIV)

In this analogy we can say that the tree has a trunk rooted firmly into the ground soaking up nourishment and the branches are the channels through which this nourishment is passed to the leaves. As long as the limb is healthy and strong the leaves will not wither. The husbandman or gardener is the one that keeps the tree healthy by watching over it and pruning it regularly.

The pruning is done with wisdom and knowledge of the condition of the tree and all that's a part of it. Sometimes a tree has nesting birds in it, small animals feed from it and insects, some good for the tree and some not. The husbandman knows all about what goes on in the tree and knows the right time and season to do the pruning.

There are four categories of pruning that the gardener applies to the tree as needed: 1) Cutting off sick and diseased limbs and branches; making sure the disease does not spread to other limbs. 2) Cutting off dead branches so that the nutrients can effectively reach the limbs and is not wasted. 3) Cutting off the lower limbs of the tree so that the tree can grow taller and higher. and 4) Cutting off branches to allow sun to shine through the tree for all the leaves to receive light. Some times this is done to shape the tree for aesthetic purposes as well especially in parks and open fields.

The other scripture that came to my mind talks about the vine and the branches. Yahshua was talking to His disciples about the necessity of staying connected to Him so that they can bear fruit. He used the analogy of the grape vine. Let's look at  John 15:1-7. It says:

"I Am the true vine, and my Father is the Husbandman. 2-Every branch in me that bears not fruit he takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, he purges it, that it may bring forth more fruit.
3-Now you are clean through the Word which I have spoken unto you. 4-Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine: no more can you except you abide in me. 5-I am the vine, you are the branches: He that abides in me and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit: for without me you can do nothing. 6-If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. 7-If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, you shall ask what you will and it shall be done unto you."

Yahshua is the vine and we (those that accept Jesus and obey Him) are the branches. When you think
of a grape vine you can picture delicious, healthy and colorful grapes that are ripe, sweet and ready to eat. The vine carries all the nutrients that the grapes need to flourish. But, every year before a new season (February-March) the branches must be cut back so that the bunches of grapes can increase. The vine dresser is very skilled in this whole process of pruning and cuts the "arms" (branches or limbs) generously. These cut off branches then must be removed from the grape arbor and thrown away. After the grapes come the stems that hold the grapes is also clipped off so that the remaining stems can produce even more grapes. If this is not done the branches will be too long and won't produce enough grapes. Also, if the grape stems, that hold the grapes, are not thinned the grapes will be overcrowded, under nourished and eventually begin to thin out and you will have smaller bunches of grapes and a smaller harvest.

We can learn so many lessons from these examples. Our lives can either be like the bountiful delicious grapes on a healthy vine or like the overcrowded undernourished, unsweet, grapes that are not producing enough fruit. As we become mature and stand as full grown trees we become a source of nourishment for others and a nesting place for those who need a covering. But all of this is not possible apart from Yahshua who holds all that we need. He is the only way to grow in continuous fruitfulness.

Verse 6 talks about how the wicked are like the branch that is cut off. It blows like chaff and is picked up and thrown in the fire. The wicked have no inheritance in God and without repentance their end is the Lake of Fire. Don't become firewood for some one's fireplace!

A believer must stay in continual communion with Yahshua or it will be impossible to continue in righteousness. When we stay in Yahshua He will nourish (through His Word, communion with Him in Worship, and prayer. God will lovingly purge us by allowing circumstances to challenge us so that we can improve.  We will develop character, being able to do what is right in spite of circumstances that try to turn us a different way. We become spirit-filled, powerful and productive Ambassadors of Heaven bringing solutions to the earth's woes, bringing joy and the love of God to others around us. and taking authority over the darkness that we see, hear about and experience! We can move the mountains (blockages) that sometimes stand in our way, and receive all of what God has for us.

I'll share a dream of mine: I was walking in a long hallway and in the distance I could see a heavenly figure. As this being came closer I could see a beautiful white flowing robe of royalty, with a girded band of gold around His waist. It was a handsome man with a head full of hair hanging to the shoulders. He was full bearded. As he got within a few feet of me I could see His eyes were full of love. I melted inside. He kept coming towards me with His eyes locked into mine and smiling, then in a split second just before I melted into Him I remember seeing an ancient face of an old wise man and I said with amazement..."He looks... ancient!" at that moment I melted right into Him and suddenly felt overwhelming peace, joy and didn't have a care in the world. I laid down as if in a hammock and had the sensation of being on the beach with clean white sand all around me and the bluest most beautiful sparkling water with soft waves flowing in. The temperature was perfect. I remember saying to myself ..."oh this is the life!" I had not a care in the world. I sunk down as if in a hammock of roses. Wow! it was awesome. I experienced one moment in eternity and I felt peace and joy like I've never felt before. Even better than being on vacation because this felt like this is where I belonged.

That one split second helped me through some challenges I was facing. I will never forget it. I wished it would've lasted forever! But I woke up too soon! That was quite an encounter with Jesus. I knew it was Him and I wanted more!

Many of God's people have had all kinds of wonderful encounters more profound that this one. But each encounter that we have experience, we must treasure it and never forget the message it conveys. I experienced what it felt like to abide in Yahshua.

To live inside of His love and protection brings complete peace and joy in our lives. There is no better place than to live in, abide in the one who sacrificed everything for us.

So let's remember to:
1) Keep company with the righteous, and with positive people who respect you and care for you.
2) Don't join the scorners and the mockers of God's way.
3) Study God's Word and meditate on his laws in the morning and in the evening and talk to Him as you live your daily life.
4) Cling to Yahshua, the Vine,( in worship and communion), trust the vine dresser (God the Father) to prune you when necessary so that you can be a better manifestation of Him.

Remember, not all pruning hurts. Sometimes God in his mercy and love removes the "old things" that you've had to drag along. Believe me, it's a relief when the old useless stuff is removed out of your way! Then you can soar!

So, where is your tree planted? Let it be planted by the River of the "Crystal Sea"(God's River) in the garden of the Lord and you will produce the most luscious fruit that will be remembered for generations to come. May the Lord prosper All that you do in your season!

The Greatest Lover...

What can be said about today?
A day for lovers. Are you a lover?
Who was the greatest lover?
I will give you a hint by taking excerpts from a beautiful poem between a lover and his betrothed...

Lover: My love,...your cheeks are lovely with ornaments,
Your neck with its strings of beads;
We will make you ornaments of gold, studded with silver.
Betrothed:... to me the man I love is a sachet of myrrh,
Lodged between my breasts;
To me the man I love is a spray of henna flowers,
In the vineyards of 'En-Gedi'.
Lover: look at you, my love, how beautiful you are!
Your eyes are doves---
Betrothed: Look at you! So handsome,
So pleasing, my darling! Our bed is the greenery;

Let me see your face and hear your voice;

The Heart of GOD For 2015

January has come and gone. We are in the season of a multiplicity of changes. Changes in our neighborhoods, cities and nation; Changes in our personal lives. When I say "season" I am not talking about winter, spring, summer or fall but a time frame in the heavens that God is moving on the earth. Most of what I spoke of for 2014 is continuing into 2016.

Today, I would like to share with you some prophetic word from the heart of Jesus (Yahshua) for this year 2015, as given to me this morning during worship:

Here's What The Holy Spirit Said,
"My Children, "intimacy" is the important key to navigating through this year of multiplicity of events happening all around the world. Pour out your hearts in love for Me and I will bring stability, provisions and unprecedented clarity of direction to My children. Not just corporately, though more necessary than before, but individually, at home in your private chambers.  I want more of your heart so that you may know My heart and experience My power in your situations, for you and your families. You will walk in wisdom and in confidence that the choices you make are of me. Let me speak to you, open your heart and I will guide you. You are not alone no matter where you are." Says the Lord!

"I am committed to lifting up My Bride, spiritually, physically and financially, so that they may be the "manifested" sons and daughters that I have called them to be. There will be many distractions and confusion as to which direction to go in business, in education, in banking and in everyday living. But those who  know My heart through intimacy with Me will  never be shaken. Let me pour out my solutions to problems through you, out to others. Let me share my heart with you that you not be children of confusion, wondering what to do when trouble comes. You will manifest My wisdom and many will come to you for help."

"Trouble is already here but will come in more intensity as the year goes forward. My hand is in the changes that will take place in this country because I am changing the guards, I am putting in place things that will empower my people to stand in strength and confidence during the upheavals." Says the Lord!

"Pray for one another and keep your focus on Me. My Kingdom will be manifested as never before, through the Body as a whole, through families and individuals. But, some are still asleep. Wake Up sleeping bride for as your eyes open the world will not be as you knew it before. It's time for decisive action, for "knowing" what to do."

"This is not a time for fear, mourning, weeping. Lift up your head and speak forth your praise! Rejoice! For My faithful children will shine in this hour of darkness."  Says the Lord! End of Message.

Praise God for His glorious power! I thank Him for His word. People of God, Rejoice!

Humility Under The Master's Hands

Humility is probably an overused but least favored topic. What is true humility? Is it something you can conjure up yourself? How can you tell when you have it? I searched for the answer to these questions. I promise you, I will not use any dictionary definition, neither Hebrew nor Greek. But I will say I've received some revelation from the Lord that I'd like to share with you.

Here's the beginning quote...

"To be humble is not a feeling of lowliness as a result of external lack or deficiency in any area of your life. Often when you are keenly aware of your short-comings, failings, inadequacies or mistakes to the point where it creates negative emotions of self-condemnation, you are centering your thoughts on self (self-centered)..."

The evil one can use these kinds of emotions to bring you into depression, self-pity, feelings of inadequacy or ineptness. These are the best environments for your enemy, the devil, to bring continuing unhappiness into your life. You can stop that negative syndrome! You want to live a life of happiness, joy, and to bring good things towards you!
Yahshua, talks a lot about humility in his ministry on earth. in Luke 18:14

Another good scripture is:

1Pe 5:6  Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

Humility Under The Mater's Hands. Jesus practiced what He preached!

The Lord continues...
"Picture me on the cross as the Son of God. God the Father and I are One in splendor, power and glory. I (Jesus) stepped outside of this realm of glory--being rejected by my own people, and even the people that I healed and showed great compassion for. They all flew the coupe! I (Yahshua), having power and authority, did not use my power to save myself. Nor did I defend myself against those who spit on me, mocked me, slapped, kicked, whipped, scourged and beat me. They made me look like an evil enemy and beat me up to the point where I became unrecognizable."

"I was considered less than a man, as the world would see it. You see, a "real" man, as some would say, would've fought to the death to save himself, taking lives with him if he could; At least defending himself and dying in 'honor'."

I continue what the Lord said to me...."I died in shame and humiliation, according to the world's standards. I became sin for you. My Father stepped away, turned His head. I was stripped of My status and position as "His heart"--His inner being. I became as His enemy at that moment, carrying all of your sins, down to hell as a penalty for those sins. Rejected of men and God.  However, My Father reserved My place in Him. I did not stay in the state of rejection and humiliation. I arose in Glory with honor from My Father! I sit at His right hand!"

That is really something to think about. Most of the times we are not even willing for people we know to talk against us or misuse us. We immediately want to "get even" instead of loving them and speaking the word of God over them, and praying for them.

The Lord continues the conversation...
"True humility is when you no longer need the external accolades, praise and acceptance from man. You desire to live in me to the point where you are no longer living in the "fleshly" realm (attitudes, issues, carnality). Your hunger for me (Jesus/Yahshua) brings a maturity to your character. The more you strive to become like me, the more humble you become on the inside. You are striving to become like me in every thing---the way you react to circumstances, the way you think and  live like me. This process causes you to become humble on the inside because you know that without me you cannot live, you are nothing. It is not a thought but a state of being and doing. You are confident in my power and my love to move and flow through you. You yield your life. You no longer need the external circumstance of trial to keep you humble, though if you should have to you are able to flow with me in it (the trial) and not falter. You also know that when the "fleshly" side of you crowds in, the less of my glory emanates from you. The more troubles will come into your life to remind you of the humility you must have." (End of Quotes)

The most powerful example of humility is shown by the greatest person that ever lived on this earth, Yahshua (Jesus), the Son of God. Let us humble ourselves under the Master's hands and He will elevate us to share in His glory in due time!

It's so wonderful to hear the revelation and wisdom of God. The Lord never fails to teach us his ways. As James 1:5 says, "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that gives to all men liberally, and abrades not (withholds not); and it shall be given him."

So don't think it strange when I say, "this is what the Lord told me". The Lord speaks to all of His children in varying ways.We edify one another when we share what the Lord gives us at the appropriate times. So don't be afraid to share as the Lord inspires you to. Let the Spirit of God guide you in all things.

Let us consider these things deeply as we continue to draw closer to God in preparation for what He is going to do with you during this year.  The elevation of the Body of Yahshua is on His heart. We are about to experience the most glorious time ever! But elevation for some at this point could bring disastrous results. When you yield to the Spirit of God He can work in you the attributes that are necessary to help you become ready to carry the Glory as manifested sons and daughters of the living God. Pray that you will not miss this one! Let Him work in you whatever is needed to respond to Him, NOW.
